The program can be broken out into two main components: pipeline generation and qualification. The individual modules are as follows:

  • Email best practices: Master the art of writing effective sales emails with personalized content, compelling subject lines, and value-driven messaging.
  • Cold calling best practices: Develop skills for impactful introductions, objection handling, and qualifying leads during cold calls.
  • Objection handling: Learn strategies to effectively address common objections, providing relevant information and reframing objections as opportunities to showcase the software’s value.

 

Qualification – the ability to assess and influence vital selling criteria

  • Mastering the discovery call: Gain expertise in conducting discovery calls to uncover prospects’ pain points, requirements, and goals, enabling tailored solution presentations.
  • MEDDPICC / MEDDIC fundamentals: Understand the MEDDPICC or MEDDIC framework, learning to assess prospects’ Metrics, Economic buyers, Decision criteria, Decision process, Identify pain, Champion, and Competition.
  • Developing and testing champions: Learn strategies to identify and cultivate internal champions who can advocate for your software within the prospect’s organization, increasing the likelihood of successful deals.
  • 3 Why’s: Discover the root cause of your prospects’ challenges, enabling a deeper understanding and more effective positioning of your software’s value.
